Key Responsibilities
Support Project Managers in planning and delivering global and regional projects.
Lead small to medium project initiatives independently.
Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, and project documentation.
Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across business functions.
Monitor project budgets and resource utilization.
Conduct project status reviews and prepare management reports.
Ensure adherence to organizational processes, policies, and quality standards.
Support issue identification, escalation, and resolution activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project delivery processes.
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
Ensure timely completion of project deliverables and reporting activities.
