We are looking for a smart, detail-driven Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience in quality control/assurance in the fastener industry to join our growing manufacturing team.

Location: Vasai / Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
Handle in-process and final quality inspection of fasteners
Interpret and implement customer drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards
Manage PPAP documentation, control plans, and quality reports
Coordinate with production teams to ensure process quality and defect reduction
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
Manage customer complaints and support customer audits
Perform internal quality audits and maintain quality documentation
Ensure compliance with OEM and customer-specific requirements
Monitor calibration of measuring instruments and inspection equipment
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality and process control

Ideal Candidate Profile




Mechanical Engineer (Diploma / BE / BTech – Mechanical)
Experience in quality role within a fastener manufacturing company is mandatory
Strong understanding of fastener standards, drawings, tolerances, and inspection methods
Knowledge of quality tools such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, 8D, SPC, etc.
Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Profile Projector, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive, responsible, and valuable at cross-functional coordination
