Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed as per the planned schedule.
Handle day-to-day client interaction and understand their requirements at the site.
Update the company regularly regarding work progress, manpower, material requirements, site issues, and completion status.
Basic knowledge of Civil, Electrical, Welding & Fabrication works.
Basic knowledge of site measurements and quantity calculations.
Positive communication and client interaction skills.
Ability to manage labourers and coordinate multiple activities at the site.
Basic understanding of PPE and workplace safety requirements.
Ability to read and understand basic drawings, BOQ, and work instructions.
Responsible, punctual, and willing to travel to different project sites.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant site supervision experience preferred.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
