QS and Billing Engineer

Role & responsibilities:
Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
Quantity take off from GFC drawings
Material Reconciliation
Preparation of BOQs,Contractor bill Certification
Pre-contract work - preparing the detailed Procurement Plan, Cost Plan. Co-ordinating with Architect and Design
Consultant for Tender related Documents and Issuing RFP to the shortlisted Vendor.
Preparing the Tender Evaluation and Cost Estimation
Post-Contract preparing the interim payments
Market / Rate Analysis and Preparing the
Evaluation of Variations and Non-tender items
Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis.
Performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures.

Preferred candidate profile : Should be from Corporate Interior Fitout ( Office Interior Fitouts ) projects background

Valuable communication in English and Hindi

Willing to work at Project Site

Able to work with integrity with minimal or no supervision
