Job Title: Product Sales Associate/Trainee

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Product Sales Associate / Trainee to join our growing product sales team at our offshore delivery center. This role supports sales operations for the US market, making it an excellent prospect to gain hands-on experience in international technology product sales, customer engagement, and solution selling.

Key Responsibilities
Learn and understand the company’s technology products and services.
Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying current leads and opportunities in the US market.
Participate in virtual sales calls, product demos, and client meetings with senior team members.
Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotes tailored to US client needs.
Maintain and update records in CRM systems.




Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential US customers.
Follow up with clients and provide support throughout the sales cycle, ensuring responsiveness to US business hours when required.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with U.S. market regulations, trends, and operational nuances.
Strong interest in technology and a passion for learning about IT products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with USbased stakeholders.
Eagerness to learn sales techniques, customer relationship management, and international business practices.
Basic understanding of the tech industry and current trends is a plus.
Proficient with MS Office.
Willingness to adjust working hours occasionally to support US time zones
