Key Responsibilities
Client Service
Serve as the primary or backup point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Manage client requirements, asset handling, reporting, and meeting coordination.
Lead client presentations and post-mortem reviews.
Address complex client queries and escalate critical issues as needed.
Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Provide regular project updates and maintain positive client relationships.

Project Management
Plan, launch, and manage standard and complex projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ensure projects meet ISO quality standards and company compliance requirements.
Identify and manage production risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Handle administrative tasks such as project closures, Translation Memory updates, and documentation.
Review and approve quotes, purchase orders, and invoices; escalate
