Role & responsibilities:
Perform sampling and physico-chemical analysis of Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), Semi-Finished Goods (SFG), and Finished Goods (FG) as per specifications.
Collect and analysis of IPQC samples.
Perform HPLC analysis, reagent preparation, instrument cleaning, and maintenance
Conduct routine laboratory testing as per approved methods (Nitrogen, Phosphorous and Potash analysis etc).
Generate analysis reports, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and maintain laboratory records.
Conduct microbial limit testing and CFU enumeration as per approved procedures.
Manage samples, labels, retention/control samples, and sample storage records.
Maintain FG control samples, logbooks, and storage conditions.
Perform online inspections and pre-dispatch inspection of finished goods.
Verify calibration status of laboratory instruments and maintain calibration records.
Complete laboratory checklists and ensure compliance with SOPs, and QMS requirements.
Conduct shelf-life and stability studies as per approved protocols.
Ensure timely updating of logbooks, calibration records, test records, and quality documents.
Support investigations related to OOS, deviations, and customer complaints.
Participate in internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
Shift Requirement
Willingness to work in Night & rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per plant operational requirements.
Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of analytical chemistry and microbiological testing.
Hands-on experience in HPLC and laboratory analytical instruments (Kjeldhal, Flame-photometer, etc))
Knowledge of ISO 9001, laboratory documentation, and quality systems.
Working knowledge of SAP.
Positive communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
