About the Role

GMB Sweets is looking for an experienced Production Manager with hands-on experience in sweet manufacturing/production. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sweets production process, ensuring quality, hygiene, timely production, and effective utilization of manpower and raw materials.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily sweets production activities.
Plan production as per orders, demand, and inventory requirements.
Ensure consistent quality, taste, freshness, and presentation of sweets.
Supervise production staff, assign duties, and monitor their performance.
Ensure proper utilization and handling of raw materials and ingredients.
Maintain production schedules and minimize wastage.
Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Monitor production equipment and coordinate for maintenance when required.
Maintain production records, stock consumption, and wastage reports.
Coordinate with the purchase, kitchen, sales,



and management teams.
Identify production issues and implement effective solutions.
Train and guide production staff to maintain standard recipes and processes.

Candidate Requirements
3–4 years of relevant experience in sweets production/manufacturing.
Experience specifically in a sweet shop, मिठाई manufacturing unit, bakery, or similar food production setup is preferred.
Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Indian sweets production.
Valuable knowledge of food hygiene and quality control.
Ability to manage a team and handle production targets.
Good leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production workplace.
