About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Public Relations Manager to lead and execute PR initiatives for luxury brands across the fashion, lifestyle, and beauty space.

This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, strong media relationships, and the ability to create meaningful visibility and brand positioning within the luxury market.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic PR and communications plans for luxury fashion, lifestyle, and beauty brands.
Build and maintain strong relationships with editors, journalists, stylists, influencers, KOLs, celebrities, and HNI networks.
Drive consistent and high-quality media coverage, features, interviews, product placements, and brand stories.
Identify relevant media and influencer prospects aligned with brand positioning and business objectives.
Manage press outreach, media relations, press previews, launches, events, and brand activations.
Develop compelling press releases, media pitches, talking points, brand narratives, and communication materials.
Track PR coverage, influencer activity,



and campaign performance and prepare regular reports and insights.
Stay updated on luxury industry trends, media landscapes, cultural conversations, and emerging influencers/KOLs.
Manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders while maintaining high standards of execution and attention to detail.

Candidate Profile
4–5 years of experience in Public Relations/Communications, preferably within a PR agency setting.
Strong experience working with luxury brands, particularly across fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or adjacent premium categories.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and brand narratives effectively.
Strong existing relationships with press, journalists, editors, influencers, KOLs, celebrities, and HNI networks.
Strong understanding of the luxury consumer, premium brand positioning, and the nuances of luxury communications.
Excellent networking, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
