As a Customer Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients for Loan Against Property (LAP), driving sales, and generating business for the organization. This is a field-based, target-driven sales role requiring robust market networking and product knowledge. Acquisition will primarily be through Direct Channels such as events, exhibitions, roadshows, database marketing, and micro-marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Lead Generation
Identify and acquire recent MSME customers through field visits, telecalling, references, micro-marketing activities, and market research.
Build a robust local market presence to generate a steady pipeline of LAP business leads and disbursement.
Manage a profitable customer pool of 25 MSME clients as a Key
