Our client is building the operating system for the world's coaches and experts. They're a small, rapid moving team in Bengaluru, founded by engineers with deep AI infrastructure backgrounds. Our client helps coaches break the ceiling on their student numbers with a weekly learning loop that lets a single coach teach thousands of students a year without diluting their craft.

About the role

This role owns the post-production pipeline end to end, and is responsible for planning, producing, and delivering high-quality visual and video content that aligns with brand and marketing objectives.

What you'll do
Own the post-production pipeline end to end, from ingest through final delivery
Managing post-production workflows with editors and designers
Lead the editing and design team, setting delivery standards, quality bars and turnaround times
Managing budgets and timelines for creative projects
Coordinating pre-production and production schedules
Developing creative concepts
Directing video shoots and photography sessions
Collaborating closely with marketing, product,



and leadership teams to ensure content effectively communicates the company's value proposition across digital channels
Maintaining brand consistency
Continuously experimenting with recent formats and storytelling approaches

What we're looking for
Strong Video Production skills, including planning, directing, and overseeing post-production
Proven ownership of a post-production pipeline, running multiple projects through it in parallel
Solid Project Management skills to handle multiple campaigns, timelines, and budgets
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting creative concepts
Marketing awareness to align creative output with brand goals and audience needs
Minimum 3 years of production house experience

Also beneficial
Experience in creative storytelling, scriptwriting, or content ideation is beneficial
Proficiency with industry-standard production tools and software (e.g., cameras, lighting, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar) is preferred
Prior experience in a creative, media, or startup setting and a portfolio showcasing relevant work are highly advantageous
