Key Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and maintain printing press machinery.
Ensure smooth functioning of printing machines and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
Perform preventive and routine maintenance of printing machines.
Monitor print quality, colour accuracy, registration, and production standards.
Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
Identify machine breakdowns and take immediate corrective action.
Maintain records of machine maintenance, breakdowns, and repairs.
Ensure proper calibration and settings of printing machines.
Coordinate with vendors/service engineers for major repairs and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and workplace standards.
Control wastage and improve machine efficiency.
Train machine operators on proper machine handling and safety procedures.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of printing press machinery and equipment.
