Perform online line clearance and process verification.
Conduct in-process testing for Brix, pH, acidity, viscosity/consistency and other quality parameters.
Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP and food safety standards.
Follow approved SOPs, quality procedures and specifications.
Maintain quality records, test reports and other documentation.
Identify, document and communicate quality deviations to the concerned departments.
Coordinate with Production for timely resolution of quality issues.
Support routine activities of the Online Quality Laboratory.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of laboratory/testing equipment.

Pay: ₹10,078.16 - ₹33,329.99 per month
