Job Responsibilities
Handle procurement of construction materials, building materials, electrical, plumbing, hardware, civil and finishing materials.
Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers for project requirements.
Collect and compare quotations from multiple suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery time.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, credit periods, and delivery schedules with vendors.
Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Stores, Accounts, and Management regarding material requirements.
Monitor material requirements and ensure procurement is done as per project schedules.
Follow up with suppliers for pending orders, deliveries, replacements, and quality issues.




Verify material specifications, quantities, rates, and supplier invoices.
Maintain purchase records, vendor quotations, comparative statements, POs, and delivery documents.
Support cost-control initiatives and identify prospects for better pricing and savings.
Maintain robust relationships with contractors, suppliers, and local vendors.
Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and project budgets.
Handle urgent material requirements from project sites and arrange timely supply

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
