Role Description

This is a full time, in office role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Purchase Executive with Logistics Cordination.

The Purchase

Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders, evaluating purchase requisitions, and coordinating procurement & logistics processes using ERP tools. They will liaise with vendors, evaluate suppliers, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet business requirements.

Qualifications
Robust experience with Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and overall Purchase Management processes
Proficient in Communication skills to effectively coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
Knowledge and experience in Procurement practices, including vendor evaluation and negotiation
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and inventory management with logistics team
Analytical and problem-solving skills to support cost-effective decision-making with department heads
Proficiency in relevant software tools and ERP systems is a strong advantage
Experience in the pharmaceutical is an added advantage
