Payment Posting & Reconciliation
Review Medicare EOBs/ERAs and accurately post payments, contractual adjustments, patient responsibility, and denials.
Reconcile posted payments against EOBs/ERAs and bank deposits.
Identify underpayments, incorrect adjustments, and missing payments.
Research unapplied payments, credit balances, and payment discrepancies.
Coordinate with the payment posting team to resolve outstanding issues.
Hands-on experience with payment posting in Tebra and eCW is preferred.
Experience working with EOBs, ERAs, insurance payments, patient payments, contractual adjustments, and denials in Tebra and eCW.
