We are looking for a Purchase Executive to support day-to-day procurement activities in a manufacturing workplace. The candidate will coordinate with vendors, arrange materials, maintain purchase records, and ensure timely availability of required materials.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
Coordinate with existing and new vendors.
Collect and compare vendor quotations.
Assist in price negotiation and vendor follow-ups.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.
Coordinate with stores, production, and accounts teams.
Maintain purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and vendor records.




Track pending orders and material requirements.
Ensure materials are procured as per required specifications and timelines.

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of purchase/procurement processes.
Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Valuable follow-up and negotiation skills.
Willingness to learn manufacturing procurement processes.

Eligibility:
Graduate/Diploma preferred.
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in manufacturing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
