Key Responsibilities
Quantity Surveying:
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings & specifications.
Maintain and update BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for all project stages.
Conduct rate analysis for current & extra items.
Assist in cost estimation & project budgeting.
Verify material reconciliation & ensure accuracy of consumption records.
Billing & Invoicing:
Prepare & submit client bills, running account (RA) bills & final bills.
Check and certify subcontractor & supplier bills.
Ensure timely submission of measurement sheets & supporting documents.
Coordinate with site & accounts teams for bill verification & certification.
Handle variations, change orders & maintain proper documentation for the same.
Contracts & Documentation:
Assist in preparation & review of contracts, tenders & quotations.
Keep accurate records of work done & measurement books.
Ensure all billing & contractual documentation comply with company standards.
Liaise with clients, consultants & internal teams for approvals & clarifications.




Reporting & Coordination:
Prepare cost reports, progress reports & cash flow statements.
Highlight deviations between actual & estimated costs.
Support management with data for project cost control & decision-making.
Coordinate with procurement & planning teams for smooth project execution.

Key Skills
Solid knowledge of construction measurement methods (IS 1200 or equivalent).
Expertise in billing procedures & contract management.
Excellent numerical accuracy & attention to detail.
Positive communication & coordination skills.
Ability to analyse rates, cost trends & project variations.

Performance Indicators
Accuracy of quantity take-offs & cost estimates.
Timeliness & correctness of client/subcontractor bills.

Effectiveness in managing variations & claims

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
