Role Summary

Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controls for large-scale construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, effective cost management, and accurate project reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules, baselines, and recovery plans.
Monitor project progress, productivity, milestones, and critical paths.
Prepare project control reports, dashboards, and progress updates for stakeholders.
Conduct schedule, risk, and delay analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Support cost control, change management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Ensure compliance with project controls procedures and reporting requirements.

Key Skills
Solid expertise in project planning, scheduling, and project controls.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and reporting tools.
Experience in cost control, risk management, and earned value analysis.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience on large commercial, mixed-use, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
