Creatabar is looking for a Quantity Surveyor Cum Draftsman with valuable technical knowledge and practical understanding of commercial interior projects. The role involves site measurements, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, costing support and preparation of detailed technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct site surveys and take accurate site measurements
Prepare BOQs and detailed quantity take-offs
Prepare AutoCAD working drawings and detailed drawings
Prepare material quantity and cost estimates
Verify quantities based on drawings and actual site conditions
Assist with project costing and cost control
Coordinate with architects, interior designers,



estimation and project teams
Update drawings based on site conditions and approved changes
Maintain measurement sheets, BOQs and related project documentation

Qualification B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Required Skills

AutoCAD, site measurement, quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, interior detailing and basic costing knowledge.

Preference: Candidates with experience in commercial interiors / interior fit-out projects will be preferred.
