Recruiter – US Hiring

Onsite | 11 AM – 8 PM IST | Monday–Saturday | Full time

At LeadFreak, we help career coaches, recruitment firms, and businesses connect with the right talent. We’re looking for a recruiter who enjoys finding the right people, starting conversations, and building strong talent pipelines.

What you’ll do
Source candidates for US-based roles through LinkedIn and other platforms
Screen profiles and match candidates with job requirements
Reach out to candidates and manage conversations
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Use LinkedIn, sourcing tools, and AI to work smarter




Keep candidate information and hiring progress organized

What we’re looking for:
6 months–1 year of recruitment experience
US hiring experience is a plus
Solid communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable using LinkedIn and sourcing platforms
Good understanding of candidate screening and sourcing
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working 11 AM – 8 PM IST
