Role & responsibilities
To prepare resource occupancy planning across multiple projects by tracking capacity, demand, and skill requirements to ensure optimal utilization of personnel.
To monitor resource chargeability at individual and project levels, identifying underutilized and overutilized resources and supporting corrective actions.
To conduct weekly and monthly manhour tracking, maintaining accurate records of actual vs planned hours and analyzing deviations.
To prepare monthly manhour forecasts aligned with project schedules, deliverables, and resource availability.
To execute manhour loading for projects based on scope, timelines, and resource capacity.
To support resolution of resource availability and allocation issues by coordinating with project managers and functional leads.




To maintain and update change order logs, tracking status, impacts, and approvals in coordination with project managers and clients.
To conduct client follow-ups and coordination for project updates, change approvals, and issue escalation.
To prepare monthly revenue forecasts based on project progress, manhour consumption, and billing milestones.
To track project control dashboards and reports to support management decision-making.

Engineering Consultancy background is a must. Early joining required. Candidate from IT Industry will not be considered.
