Position: IT Project coordinator (PMP Certified)

Experience: 5+ years

Education: Any Graduates or PG, PMP - Certified (MUST)

Job Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (WFO mode)

Responsibilities:
5 - 12 years experience out of which min 4+ years in Project Coordination.
Should have worked with IT System Integrator like us as a backend coordinator.
Valuable in written and verbal English communication.
Smart, Presentable as its a customer facing role.

Job Role :
Maintain the records and updates of Project related details in Project CRM that includes Project Status and documentation updates.
Coordinate with customer for the Project coordination related activities and documentation e.g. installation report etc.
Coordinate internally with purchase, logistics for the project material updates and movement.
Engineer arrangements from companys engineering team or assign engineer from Vendor team.
Vendor coordination for engineer hiring reports, invoices etc.
Coordinate with customer and HR team for compliance documentation required for Projects.
Prepare PPT for customer Project review.
Participate in Monthly Project review with selected customer.
