Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage end-to-end Activities, vendor relationships, material sourcing, price negotiations, and timely material availability. FMCG industry experience is highly preferred, while professional experience in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily purchase activities.
Identify and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
Source materials based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and process purchase orders.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely material availability.
Coordinate with suppliers, stores, accounts, production, and other teams.




Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain robust vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
Prepare purchase reports and maintain procurement documentation.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG Industry.
FMCG industry experience is highly preferred.
Professional experience in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage.
Solid vendor management and negotiation skills.
Valuable knowledge of market sourcing.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Tally.
Robust communication and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
