: HR Associate- West

We are seeking a dedicated HR Associate to join our team in the consumer products division. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and attract talent through job portals, consultants, and field manager networks.
Manage and support business partnering initiaves region wise.
Ensure quality hiring within defined timelines and in alignment with business needs.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with respective Business Units (BU).
Facilitate smooth interview processes and negotiate salaries to remain competitive as per industry standards.
Send through details for verification of necessary documents from selected candidates.
Collaborate with process and operations teams to complete onboarding formalities.
Introduce current employees to HR policies, leave structures,



and organizational terms.
Handle resignation processes and conduct exit interviews.
Collaborate with BUs to oversee periodic performance evaluations and provide feedback mechanisms.
Schedule promotion interviews for field employees.
Collect managers' internal evaluation sheets and HR evaluation sheets.

Qualifications:
Masters/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and manage multiple priorities.
