Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Senior Executive - Procurement to manage procurement activities for construction and solar projects, ensuring quality materials are sourced at competitive prices and delivered within project timelines.

Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end procurement activities for construction and solar projects.
Source and evaluate reliable vendors and suppliers.
Obtain quotations, compare commercial offers, and negotiate prices and terms.
Procure civil, structural, electrical, solar, and project-related materials.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders as per approved requirements.
Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Stores, Accounts, and Planning teams.
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Monitor vendor performance,



quality, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Maintain purchase records, quotations, POs, and vendor documentation.
Support cost-saving and vendor development initiatives.
Resolve procurement and material-related issues efficiently.
Prepare regular procurement and MIS reports for management.
