Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, BOQ, and project schedule.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities in alignment with timelines and milestones.
Prepare weekly and monthly work plans in coordination with the Reporting Manager.
Coordinate with Purchase/Admin teams for timely procurement and delivery of materials.
Monitor material usage, storage, and documentation to minimize wastage and control costs.
Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, Contractors and labourers to maintain productivity and quality standards.
Interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications to guide site execution.
Conduct stage-wise inspections and ensure strict quality control at all phases.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, site cleanliness, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain project documentation including site registers, measurement books, progress reports, and attendance records.
Identify project risks, delays, and issues, and take proactive corrective actions.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to the management.





Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction/project execution.
Robust knowledge of construction processes, site management, and project coordination.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Positive coordination and communication skills to handle multiple stakeholders.
Commitment to timelines, discipline, and quality execution.

Preferred Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation.
Experience in residential/commercial construction projects is an advantage.
Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
