Preferred candidate profile
15+ years of overall experience in construction/project management, with significant experience in large-scale building projects.
Proven experience in leading large hospital construction projects, preferably projects of 1.53 lakh sq. ft. or larger.
Robust preference for candidates with brownfield hospital / live-campus expansion experience.
Experience in multistorey buildings involving complex MEP and specialist services is essential.
