Application Guidance & Loan Conversion:
Assist students and RPs in accurately completing loan applications with designated banking partners.
Optimize conversion by ensuring rapid turnaround times, high login rates, and a high loan sanction rate.
Proactively follow up with students regarding processing fees to ensure timely loan disbursement.
