Role Overview :
We are seeking an accomplished Head of Finance / Finance Director to lead the financial strategy and operations of our organization in the recruitment sector. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in finance, proven leadership experience, and deep industry knowledge of the recruitment/staffing sector. This role requires a recognized accounting qualification, substantial post-qualification experience, and the ability to align financial planning with the organization's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Financial Leadership :
Develop and execute the financial strategy to support organizational goals and business growth.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the leadership team and stakeholders.
Financial Planning and Analysis :
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support decision-making.
Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Operational Financial Management :
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting,



cash flow management, and payroll.
Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Compliance and Risk Management :
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
Implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
Team Leadership :
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve operational excellence.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Cost Management :
Identify prospects for cost optimization and efficiency improvements within the organization.
Manage and monitor expenses while maintaining service quality and operational effectiveness.
Stakeholder Engagement :
Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
