Dealer handling for all Quantity and Quality parameters related to Sales

Retail Sales, Wholesales, Accessories, EW,

Steering through business indicators (Enquiry TD, Booking, Stocks, cancellation)

Customer complaint management

Dealer manpower appointment, training and motivation

Quality parameters steering through internal initiatives, Sarvottam, infra etc.

Dealer account/fund management

Marketing initiatives through dealers to ensure demand of cars etc.

Act as an in-charge of the dealer in their assigned Area in the region
Act as an interface between the dealer and Volkswagen
Operational responsibility for executing sales strategies for the assigned Area / Dealers
Would be responsible achieve the assigned sales target set for the dealers in his territory
Would be responsible to implement the sales standard in the assigned dealership
Train and Motivate dealer sales team for optimum results
Operational responsibility for maximizing Dealer revenues within framework of VW policies, norms
