Designation : Research Consultant (Global Recruitment Process)
Job Type : Permanent
Job location : Nungambakkam, Chennai
Working Days : Monday Friday (Sat and Sun fixed off)
Shift Time : Day Shift (12:30AM to 9:30PM)
Role & responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, talent availability, and competitive landscape in the APAC region, Australia, and the UK.
Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent, including online databases, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations to the recruitment team, helping to refine search strategies and improve candidate matching.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on research findings, market trends, and candidate profiles for internal stakeholders and clients.
