Job Summary

Stone Water Resort & Spa, Karjat is looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to manage daily restaurant operations and lead the F&B; service team. The ideal candidate should have good communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
Supervise and guide the F&B; service team.
Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
Manage staff schedules and daily duty allocation.
Maintain food service, hygiene, and quality standards.
Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other hotel departments.
Monitor restaurant cleanliness and service standards.
Ensure smooth operations during busy hours and events.
Train and support team members for better service.

Requirements




Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager / F&B; Supervisor.
Experience in hotel, resort, or restaurant operations.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Good knowledge of F&B; service operations.
Guest-focused and qualified attitude.
Ability to work in a quick-paced hospitality environment.
