Location: Millenials Restobar

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in managing daily restaurant and bar operations.
Support and guide the service and bar teams.
Ensure good customer service and guest satisfaction.
Assist in monitoring sales, inventory, and cost control.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Assist with staff scheduling, cash handling, and daily reporting.
Handle customer concerns professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
Support the Restaurant/Bar Manager in daily operations.

REQUIREMENTS
2–4 years of experience in restaurant/bar operations or a similar role.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of restaurant and bar operations.
Willingness to work adaptable shifts,



weekends, and holidays.
Basic computer and POS knowledge.
