Position: Sales Consultant – Retail

Location: Kochi

Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is well organized.
Handle billing, stock checks, and inventory updates as required.
Stay updated on product features, promotions, and pricing.
Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

Requirements:
Graduate qualification.
Prior experience in retail sales will be an added advantage.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.




Customer-focused with a positive and target-oriented attitude.
Ability to work versatile shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
Basic computer knowledge preferred.
