8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Weekly Off:

₹10,000/- In-Hand ### Key Responsibilities * Coordinate with the Sales Team through WhatsApp and phone calls.
Communicate with dealers, distributors, and parties regarding orders, payments, and requirements.

Follow up on daily orders and ensure timely order processing.

Maintain daily sales records and reports.
Handle billing and basic accounts-related work.
Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate with the Billing, Dispatch, and Accounts Departments.

Track pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.





Ensure proper and timely communication between the sales team and office. ### Requirements * Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
Basic knowledge of Accounts and Billing.

Valuable communication and calling skills.

Positive knowledge of WhatsApp and office communication.

Ability to maintain records and reports systematically.

Previous experience in Sales Coordination/Office Administration preferred.
1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
