Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Computer proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and email communication is required.

Experience
1–4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or order management
Experience in corrugation, packaging, paper, printing, or manufacturing industry preferred
Sales Coordination
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, schedules, dispatches , quality parameters .
Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices, and sales-related documentation.
Follow up with customers for order confirmations and pending approvals.
Maintain customer order records and status updates.
Order Processing
Enter orders into ERP/system accurately.
Coordinate with production, planning, dispatch and other departments as required.
Track delivery timelines and communicate delays proactively.
Customer Communication
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally . Co-ordinate effectively for required developments .
Share dispatch details,



invoices, logistics updates, development updates , other details as required proactively .
Maintain solid customer relationships.
MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Track sales targets vs achievement – customer-wise, product-wise. Follow up internally and from customers to achieve targeted sales.
Maintain data related to pending orders, collections, and customer feedback precisely.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain records of POs, schedules, specifications, updates in schedules or specifications or else and dispatch documents. Prepare customer-wise registers.
Ensure proper filing and document control.
Support audit/document verification requirements.
Cross-Functional Communication and Alignment Considering customer service in terms of order dispatch, quality, developments, change in requirements, pricing, and sampling, a Sales Coordinator needs to communicate effectively and efficiently within the organization to meet customer requirements.
