Create promotional content for pre-launches, project launches, customer meets, special offers, and monthly promotions.
Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, AI videos, and social media content.
Promote projects through Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, Twitter/X, and other social media platforms.
Valuable skills in video shooting, drone shooting, editing, color grading, transitions, sound, and storytelling.
Knowledge of editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software.
Ability to create property walkthroughs, Reels, cinematic videos, agent videos, and promotional videos.
Good knowledge of camera angles, lighting, framing, gimbal movements,



and drone shots.
Ability to present property features in an attractive way to generate leads and customer inquiries.
Positive understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and current video trends.
Should be creative, responsible, and able to complete work on time.
Portfolio/Showreel is required. Real estate experience is preferred.
Valuable communication skills and willingness to travel to project locations when required.
