Jaipur Urban Properties is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Real Estate Associates to join our growing sales team.

As a Real Estate Associate, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their property requirements, arranging site visits, explaining property/project details, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up with potential property buyers.
Understand clients' budget and property requirements.
Explain residential and commercial property options.
Arrange and coordinate property site visits.
Maintain regular communication with clients.
Build robust relationships with customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain basic records of leads and follow-ups.

Requirements




Good communication and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of Jaipur's real estate market is an advantage.
Fresher candidates are welcome.
Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
Hindi communication is required; basic English is an advantage.
