– Retail Store Manager
Experience: 3–6 Years
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and achieve monthly sales targets.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
Handle customers, product demonstrations, and high-value sales.
Monitor walk-ins, leads, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display, and inventory.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
Ensure team discipline, attendance, and overall store performance.
Key Skills
Robust sales & negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Team leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Retail/store management experience preferred.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
