Manage daily sales and marketing activities at the assigned project site.
Attend walk-in customers and explain the project, pricing, amenities and payment plans.
Generate leads through calls, digital enquiries, referrals and field marketing.
Conduct property tours and regular follow-ups with potential buyers.
Convert qualified leads into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer, site-visit, follow-up and booking records.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotional activities.
Assist customers with booking forms, documentation, payments and loan coordination.
Submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.
Maintain qualified presentation and discipline at the project site.

Requirements
Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or site marketing is preferred.
Robust communication,



negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Good knowledge of Hyderabad’s real estate market.
Ability to generate leads and close property sales.
Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel and WhatsApp reporting.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales interest may also apply.
