Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Insurance Process
About the Role
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our Insurance Process team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a minimum of 6 months of experience in any sales domain.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to insurance products and services.
Assist customers in understanding insurance policies, benefits, and coverage options.
Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous support.





Skills and Qualifications
Graduate or Undergraduate.
Minimum 6 months of experience in any sales domain (Mandatory).
Good English communication skills.
Proficiency in any one regional language.
Solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation
CTC: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000
Take Home Salary: ₹21,500 – ₹24,500
