RF Waveguide Designer + Production Manager

We are hiring an RF Waveguide Designer + Production Manager for hands-on work in a lean team of our defence company. Responsibilities
Design Radio frequency components.
Calculate and optimize VSWR, return loss and insertion loss.
Convert designs into production-ready drawings.
Define product specifications
Manage waveguide prototype and batch production.
Inspect dimensions, internal surfaces, bends, joints and flanges.
Analyse performance problems in manufacturing processes after visitations
Implement design and production corrections.
Control drawings, BOMs, inspection requirements, production status and final acceptance.
Ensure repeatability between prototype and production units.

Candidate Engineering degree with direct experience in RF design and production. This is a RADIO FREQUENCY SPECIALITY role. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
