PositionReceptionist & Telecaller / Lead Generation ExecutiveJob Responsibilities

Reception & Front Office
Welcome and greet visitors, clients and business partners professionally.
Handle incoming calls and transfer them to the concerned department/person.
Maintain visitor records and front-office documentation.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, appointments and basic office communication.
Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.

Telecalling & Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
Identify prospective clients for IT Infrastructure & Technology Solutions.
Explain company products and services to prospective customers.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and email.
Maintain and regularly update the lead/customer database.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the Sales Team.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead conversion and follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Prepare basic daily/weekly reports of calls, leads and follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Reception, Telecalling, Telesales or Lead Generation preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good telephone etiquette and professional personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Email and Internet.
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Prior experience in an IT company / B2B lead generation will be an added advantage.
