Attend to walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers, finance and insurance options.
Conduct product presentations and arrange test drives for customers.
Generate leads through showroom visits, telephone calls, referrals and other sources.
Follow up with prospective customers regularly and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, follow-ups and sales activities.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO and other departments to ensure smooth delivery.
Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and provide necessary support to customers.




Collect customer feedback and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow company policies, sales processes and reporting requirements.

Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
Minimum 12th Pass; graduation preferred.

Experience
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with experience in automobile sales, retail sales or customer service will be preferred.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
