Hiring: Business Development Intern / Executive

Location: Kharadi,Pune

Employment Type: Full time / Internship

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Intern / Executive to support our business growth, client outreach, lead generation and relationship-building activities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients, partners and business opportunities
Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, email and other channels
Communicate with prospective clients and business partners
Assist with proposals, presentations, reports and follow-ups
Maintain and update lead/client databases
Track leads, meetings, follow-ups and conversions using MS Excel
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth BD activities
Support the team in achieving monthly business development and outreach targets

Mandatory Skills
Excellent English communication – verbal and written
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Basic working knowledge of MS Excel
Working knowledge of Claude / AI-based language tools
Good organisational and time-management skills




Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable with client outreach, calling and lead generation
