Role & responsibilities
Visit factories and industrial customers to identify requirements for silicone products, gaskets, tubing, profiles, seals, etc.
Meet Maintenance, Purchase, Engineering and Production teams.
Understand the customer's requirement and identify the suitable product.
Visit the site and take measurements of existing gaskets, seals, tubing, profiles, etc. wherever required.
Take product samples/dimensions and coordinate with the internal team for product development or selection.
Prepare and share quotations with customers.
Regularly follow up on quotations, enquiries and pending orders.
Develop recent industrial customers and generate leads within the assigned territory.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify repeat/business prospects.
Coordinate with the customer and internal team until order confirmation and delivery.
Be willing to travel regularly within the assigned industrial belt.
Learn the technical aspects and applications of silicone and gasket products.
