We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with a robust background in Software Sales (ERP and HRMS solutions preferred), to lead and grow our sales team.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Software / ERP / HRMS Sales.
Proven experience in B2B software sales and business development.
Previous experience in leading or managing a sales team.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Robust leadership, interpersonal, and team-management skills.
Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.
Experience conducting software demonstrations and client meetings.
Strong sales planning, reporting, and pipeline-management skills.
Willingness to take ownership of both individual and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Drive B2B sales of ERP, HRMS, Payroll, Accounting,



and other business software solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to product demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
Conduct and oversee product demonstrations and client presentations.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Identify new markets, industries, and business opportunities.
Set individual and team targets and track performance against KPIs.
Coach and mentor sales executives to improve productivity and conversion rates.
Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
Handle key accounts and participate in negotiations with senior decision-makers.
Work closely with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
