Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven

Relationship Officer to join our Noida office. This role is central to our lead management process, requiring a candidate who can effectively engage with potential customers and align them with suitable real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement:

Execute outbound calls and maintain regular follow-ups on assigned leads.
Customer Advisory:

Deeply understand customer requirements to suggest appropriate real estate projects.
Marketing Coordination:

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to manage and streamline lead flow.
Database Management:

Ensure the customer database is accurately maintained and updated in real-time.
Follow-ups:





Perform timely follow-up calls to ensure high conversion and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements
Experience:

1 to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Communication:

Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
Professionalism:

High level of urgency and an ownership mindset in managing candidate/client interactions.
Graduation

: Graduate in any stream
