Experience

8–12 Years

/n

Qualification

/n

/n
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
/n
Proficiency in relevant architectural design and coordination software.
/n

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
Develop and refine architectural design concepts for large-scale residential projects.
/n
Support the Team Lead in preparing concept design options and incorporating management feedback.
/n
Coordinate with Structural, MEP, HVAC, Landscape, Interior and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution.




/n
Manage and mentor associate architects while ensuring timely delivery of presentation, approval and Valuable for Construction (GFC) drawings.
/n
Conduct regular site visits to review construction progress, resolve design-related issues and ensure design intent is maintained.
/n
Drive the adoption of recent design technologies and promote continuous learning within the team.
/n

Regulatory Approvals & Liaison

/n

/n
Coordinate with liaison consultants, architects and statutory authorities to obtain required project approvals.
/n
Represent the organization before regulatory authorities, including MOEF/SEAC, for statutory clearances.
/n
Review and validate sanction drawings before submission.
/n

/n

Technical Review & Documentation

/n

/n
Review area statements, sale drawings and agreement drawings with reference to approved plans.
/n
Review and approve GFC drawings across all disciplines, includin
